This A4 sized book has simple instructions and is well illustrated. It contains recipes for soups, starters, lamb, beef, pork, chicken dishes as well as game, fish and seafood, rice and vegetarian dishes, pastries, cakes, sweets and puddings. It also has a section of suggested menus for entertaining.
First printed in 1997, the book has proved so popular it has been reprinted this year in 2008.
This book is definitely a must have for anybody interested in traditional Greek Cypriot cookery.
