Nothing in our Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the thecypriotstore.com to the Buyer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Buyer. Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Ordering All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by thecypriotstore.com. Where the Goods ordered by you are not available from stock you shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days. When making an order through thecypriotstore.com, the technical steps you must take to complete the order process are described within the World Pay and Paypal payment systems. Price & Payment The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on thecypriotstore.com. The price is inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price excludes delivery charges and will be quoted in your shopping basket. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in thecypriotstore.com shopping cart prior to confirming the order. After the order is received we shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods together with information on the right to cancel. Payment of the price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods through our online payment system operated by World Pay. VAT VAT is charged where applicable in accordance with UK VAT law. Delivery Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within three working days of acceptance of order. Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within seven working days of acceptance of order. Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund. We shall use our reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to your address specified in the order and you shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. It is your obligation to provide us with the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-deliver the order to the correct address at our expense. Any additional delivery charge will be paid by the customer for re-delivery when the address given on the original order is incorrect. Risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods, or where you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted. Title in the Goods shall not pass to you until payment of the price has been made in full. Free shipping where offered is only applicable to consumer orders and not on wholesale orders. Gift Vouchers In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of gift vouchers: Gift vouchers will be dispatched electronically to the supplied email address once your order has been accepted. Payment must be made through our online payment system, operated through World Pay or Paypal. You must notify us of any discrepancy in a delivery as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of the delivery of the electronic vouchers. Gift vouchers may be exchanged for products sold on thecypriotstore.com. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole. Vouchers are not sold on a sale or return basis and no return will be permitted unless it can be demonstrated that we have been in error in fulfilling your order. If the value of an order exceeds the value of the voucher the balance must be paid by either credit/debit card. If the full amount of the voucher is not redeemed, change will not be given. Gift vouchers cannot be used to buy further gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with a discount voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase and cannot be renewed once they have expired.
